College graduates that the main force of the technological innovationand national economic development and the progress of science and technology areplays an important role in efficiently rational distribution and orderly flow of Humanresources and the coordinated development of regional economy in our country. Butwith China’s eastern and western economic development gap is widening, theemployment of college graduates is gradually formed by the trend that west backwardarea moving to the eastern developed areas. Excellent economic development toattract human resources. Similarly,the regional economic development has promotedbecause the human resources flows, this kind of model which human resources flowscaused "Matthew effect" between the east and west employment flow, and thissituation serious restricted imbalance in China’s regional talents and the localeconomic development. Gansu province is the poorer provinces which located at thejunction of the Mid and west area. And this province long-term faced dilemma thatlow level of economic development and the talent drain. This style that inflow oftalent less than the outflow of talent has long been surplus the economic developmentof province. This thesis will stand in the perspective of the province flow of collegegraduates in Gansu Province, as the object of Gansu graduates, to explore the collegegraduate"stay "or "left" problem. At the same time, as the labor mobility perspective toexplorecurrent style and characteristics of college graduates employment flow of Gansu area.Discuss the problems and impact factors of the employment flow process, and makesome measure to overcome the employment of college graduates problems in Gansuprovince.The study found that the Wishes of working in the West about undergraduate andgraduate students was rise, and the main reasons of not willing to work in the west istoo far away and lack opportunities and Harsh natural environment.
