Communityservice mode should be as the change of The Times and the corresponding change,can’t conformity, a dust is changeless, to move forward, like this only then can makethe community integration is better, more harmonious； secondly, the community that must to develop community service personnel, service personnel on a regular basisabout the professional training of community service, at the same time, learn theadvanced experience of other community about the community service, improve theoverall quality of community staff.
