With the implementation of the first round entrance in our province after the newcurriculum in2013,the new curriculum has a10-year-old history, but the developmentof algorithms in mathematics curriculum content is still a primary stage.Theimportance of the algorithm and its thinking can not be ignored in mathematicscurriculum, and its impact on the development of the students in the future is even farmore. The author deeply appreciate in line teaching,on the one hand, it’s the newcontent, on the other hand it is a unified curriculum model, so it is inevitable to bringdifferent levels of confusion to classroom teachers. The teachers from Linxia ethnicareas which affected by the factors of economic conditions, location, teachersingredients, religious customs, and the quality of students, are facing a more severetest. Therefore, how to implement the spirit of curriculum reform, implement thethinking of the " class standard ", and truly reflect the effective value of the algorithm,is the main problem placed in front of the majority of teachers. In view of this, I chose the areas as a background where I’m living, andresearched the algorithms teaching situation from the learning perspective of studentsafter the implementation of round entrance. Based on existing research on teachingalgorithms, through the observation of frontline teaching, and used questionnaires andinterviews, the article analyzed the algorithms learning situation of students from thefive dimensions of students learning, such as emotions and attitudes, habits andmethods, experience and feeling, as well as teaching status in the eyes of students andtheir own learning, and focused on the following problems:1status of the new curriculum reform for students learning algorithm, the surveyof high school students in minority areas difficult learning algorithms exist.2.According to the surveys and interviews to high school students through theethnic areas, analyze where the source of the problem exactly is?3. Through the analysis of the survey results, and to explore students’ mental, how to more effectively control algorithms content areas, so the algorithm effectively play its true value.Survey results show that: the implementation of new curriculum reform in highschool of the ethnic areas is still relatively good, the concept of "class standard" hasalso been endorsed by the majority of teachers and students. But there are still someproblems in specific implementation: Students have little interest in algorithm;understanding of the concept of the algorithm is not comprehensive; algorithm in thecontext of the relevant mathematics poor; teachers in teaching is not enough emphasison the importance of the algorithm is not enough; Lack of support for teachersthemselves get,and so on.The reason, mainly in the following aspects: First, the course itself factor,"classstandard" in the concepts and requirements of the algorithm is a good, but lack ofguidance specific actions; secondly, national regional teachers’ questions, teachersideas, knowledge base and teaching attitude are key; again, ethnic minority areaswhere students their own problems, the student body as a teaching, learning attitude, master interests, habits, methods and basics are the most important; Finally, minorityareas inadequate investment in education aspects, such as teacher training, teachingequipment, teaching staff and so on. Thus, in the last part of the paper, for specificaspects of the new curriculum to explore how to implement the algorithm teaching inminority areas better, to provide some reference to further promote the developmentof ethnic areas of mathematics education.
