Research Of Influence Factors On Competitive Ability Of Volleyball Team Of Physical Education Institute Of Ordinary Universities In Gansu Province

Since1987, ordinary universities in China have integrated athletics volleyballinto teaching successively and established school volleyball teams to enhance theimpact of their own. Due to the particularity of its construction in sports discipline andthe trend of the development of volleyball in professional architecture, it formed thevolleyball team to promote the development of this profession, which not onlyenriched the campus sports culture, but also actively influenced the extensivepromotion of competitive ability of volleyball. Constrained by economic development,professional volleyball team of ordinary universities developed late and relativelyslowly in Gansu province, as well as the level of competitive ability was generallylow. Although it has also made some achievements in the long-term exploration andpractice process, the promotion of volleyball competitive ability was long influencedby various factors, and restricted the overall promotion of the level of athleticsvolleyball in Gansu province. As the mainstay in this field, physical educationinstitute must make great efforts to strengthen self-construction to represent the futureof volleyball. Based on literature, questionnaire survey method and mathematicalstatistics, this thesis made a comprehensive study on factors of competitive abilitypromotion of volleyball team of physical education institute of ordinary universities inGansu province, and put forward the relevant countermeasures, hoping to providesome suggestions for its promotion in Gansu province, even in China. The resultsindicates that:1. Coaches have more reasonable structures of degree and title, however, theirages are relatively high, their coach time is different, their levels of full-time are alittle low, and their training skills of implement are limited, which have restricted theobvious improvement on the overall training efficiency of volleyball team.2Sports facilities are lack of resources, which can only supply basic needs ofteaching and training, and enable a few universities sports facilities have access toundertake provincial conditions of volleyball competition. The training venue is thecomprehensive gymnasium and there is no fixed specialized volleyball pavilion.3. There are only two sports faculties relying on recruiting high level volleyballathletes to build teams in ordinary universities of Gansu province, while the other volleyball teams are depending on selecting gifted volleyball students from CollegeEntrance Examination. And most universities choose students within Gansu provincedue to the teaching ability and relative policy, which significantly restricts theapproach of talent athletic and the communication between each other.4. Athletes can’t obtain allowances when participating in training andcompetition, and have no right to reduce credit. They can only get slightly advantagein the process of assessment. The fund of team activities merely relies on financialsubsidies of ordinary universities. The overall attitude toward volleyball team is notpositive, the object is not clear, the emerging professional knowledge and technologyare low-level, and the access to information is simple.5. There is no regular and immobilized competition in volleyball team,opportunities in high level are little, and actual combat experience is poor. Currently,the volleyball match is only Gansu University Games with four years a session.6. In the process of the improvement on competitive ability cultivation, coachespay more attention to the cultivation of the technical and tactical ability, while theyclearly pay less attention to the cultivation of physical fitness and sports intelligence.Due to the limitation of professional scientific research level and personal skills,psychological ability makes the whole cultivation become nearly blank.
