The vigorous development of educational business of China meets the demand of diploma education, and the sudden appearance of the private education institutions meet people to continuously improve the quality of their own needs. The purpose of this paper is that through the study on the human resources competitiveness of private education institutions, summarizing the core elements of human resources competitiveness of private education institutions, constructing human resources competitiveness evaluation system, determining the influencing factors of human resources competitiveness, putting forward suggestions to enhance the competitiveness of human resources, improving the low management level, high turnover rate, bad teach quality, then promoting the benign development of the industry and organization.This paper studies on the human resources competitiveness of private training institutions, reviews the related theories of human resources competitiveness and the reference of the development of private training institutions. As a theoretical basis for the study, it accords competence of basic, management and performance to construct an evaluation system of human resources competitiveness of private education institutions. This study selects a national chain private education institution, whose main business is coach before the exam as the research object, doing the on- the- spot investigation and study analysis. According to the survey results, using the statistical analysis method, on the base of the analysis results, this paper constructs the influencing factors model of human resources competitiveness of private education institutions, and constructing the promotion system of human resources competitiveness finally, and then enterprises managers some countermeasures and suggestions of enhancing the level of the human resources competitiveness.This study works out a questionnaire to evaluating the human resources competitiveness of private education institutions, according to the evaluation dimensions, combined with the scales of academics. It concludes three parts- “the basic condition of employees”, “human resources competitiveness status”, ”human resources competitive force influencing factors”. Using statistical software SPSS17.0 to do the difference analysis, correlation analysis and regression analysis, getting the following conclusions:(1) Human resources competitiveness of the private education institution is at a moderate level.(2) There is no significant difference in the gender and education of the human resources competitiveness of the private training institutions, but there are significant differences in the age, working age and position.(3) There is a significant positive correlation between the level of human resources competitiveness and the influencing factors of the private training education institutions. Among them, the human resource management practices and management competitiveness, organizational support and basic competitiveness, human capital investment and management competitiveness, there are significant positive correlations between the three groups of dimensions. There was also a positive correlation between human resource management practices and basic competitiveness, human resource management practices and performance competitiveness, organizational support and performance competitiveness, human capital investment and basic competitiveness, human capital investment and performance competitiveness, but it is not very significant.(4) The regression analysis of human resources competitiveness and its influencing factors of the private training education institutions are significant, and the human resource management practice and the human capital investment contribute greatly.Finally, this paper puts forward the countermeasures to improve the competitiveness of human resources of private education institutions:(1) Perfect human resources management system, provide a strong institutional guarantee.(2) Strengthen the human resources management functions, improve the efficiency of management activities.(3) Strengthen enterprise culture construction, enhance the organization’s support for employees.(4) Efforts to increase investment in human capital, give full play to the value of human resources.(5) Establish a dynamic evaluation system, and strive to enhance human resources competitiveness.The innovations of this study are as follows. First, the uniqueness of the subject. This paper takes the private education institutions as the research object, constructing the model of improving the human resources competitiveness, combining their characteristics and development situation, and then strengthen practical significance and application value of the research. Second, the novelty of the research angle. In the past research literatures about private education institutions has mainly focused on marketing, operation, management and performance, though this study in the view of human resources management and development, analyzing the development situation of private education institutions, expanding and supplementing the existing literature, enriching the contents and fields of study of human resources competitiveness.
