The quality of students is an important part of the quality of talent cultivation in highervocational colleges, directly influences the development of Higher Vocational colleges. Inrecent years, as China’s college enrollment reform, of the students in higher vocationalcolleges face the problems of quality. Evaluation of the college entrance examination scores,volunteer two indexes to evaluate the quality of students of the original method is notcomprehensive, not only meets the selection requirements, also do not accord with thedirection of the reform of college entrance examination, has not been able to adapt to the newsituation now college entrance examination. In this situation, higher vocational collegesenrollment, establish new evaluation system, it is more important.This paper, from the Shaanxi youth Career Academy admissions practices, to improveschool enrollment by appraising the quality of enrollment. According to the Shaanxi youthCareer Academy enrollment information analysis as the background, related research basedon the theory of evaluation.This paper mainly uses literature research method, empirical analysis and comparativeanalysis, qualitative and quantitative research on the quality of school enrollment of students.Literature research method to study this topic provides comprehensive support, system theory.The Shaanxi youth the Career Academy as a case, analysis of the quality of the students fromthe vertical and horizontal, and the quality of students in Higher Vocational Colleges inShaanxi state the correct positioning, comprehensive, system reflects the quality of students inHigher Vocational Colleges of Shaanxi province problems. And Shaanxi province to enhancethe quality of vocational colleges students proposed specific measures.
