The contemporary university graduates employment problem is very serious, the socialpressure. Therefore, for the employment of college graduates is necessary to study the. Theproblem of employment of university students is not only related to the students themselves,but also closely related with the social human resources, economic development.On the basis of the analysis of the domestic and foreign research results, combined withthe practical problem of China’s college graduates are facing, uses the literature researchmethod, system analysis method, case analysis method to study the college graduatesemployment reasons, and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures.At first, this paper mainly for highway institute the employment situation of collegestudents and college student employment development trend analysis, made clear the currenthighway class of university students’ employment situation and the development situation ofemployment in the future.Then, on the subjective and objective reasons of traffic college students employmentdifficulties are analyzed. Subjective reason analysis of a highway college graduates unrealisticemployment expectations, highway college there are lots of jobs for college students’psychological problems and highway college college students personal overall quality nothigh. Objective cause analysis of henan traffic vocational and technical college school, unit ofchoose and employ persons and social aspects.Finally, how to solve the problem of highway traffic class university students’employment difficult countermeasure is put forward. Countermeasures include: the change ofcollege students’ personal shortcomings, change the way in training students in colleges anduniversities is not reasonable and improve the social unfair employment system of theexistence of three major aspects. The deficiency in change of university students’ personaldetails of the highway college students understand the situation clearly, changing employmentidea, cultivating autonomous consciousness, abandon the blind rely on psychological andstrengthen widen roads ability structure of college students from three aspects. In change theway in training students in colleges and universities is not reasonable in discuss again according to the social need to adjust the teaching task, enhancing the quality of teacher teamconstruction and reduce administrative intervention in three aspects of teaching. In improvingthe social existence of unfair employment system reform of personnel system reform, thehousehold registration system is discussed in two aspects.Research shows that: the scientific and rational analysis of the causes of the difficultemployment of college graduates, and find out the corresponding countermeasures, namelychange the deficiencies, the change of the university students in training is not reasonable wayaspects of university students and improve social unfair employment system in three aspects,is the effective way to improve the employment of college graduates the problem.
