Research On The Construction Of College Graduates’ Employment Service System To Achieve High Quality Employment

Employment rate is an important indicator to measure the employment situation of college graduates. The employment rate index has stronger guiding significance to the University,but it can’t fully and scientifically reflect the level of a school and the quality of the graduates’ employment. The quality of employment is the final sign that reflects the quality of college education and the quality of employment service. China’s New Normal puts forward new and higher requirements for college graduates employment and service system.Employment quality of college graduates is not only related to college graduates’ personal interests and universities’ sustainable development, and is also related to China’s economic and social development in harmony and stability. Therefore, the establishment of a focus on improving university graduates’ employment quality of college graduates "high quality employment" service system is of great significance.The literature research, questionnaire survey and comparative research methods are used in this paper, and then expand research from the phenomenon, layers of depth, from four levels:the state, universities, employers, employment agencies and college graduates.Understanding the current status of college graduates’ employment quality through the questionnaire survey and,and designing the evaluation index of the quality of employment,then through the domestic and foreign research on the employment service system of College graduates, analyzing the problems existed in the college graduates employment service system and factors that affect the employment of college graduates quality, and learning the advanced experience of three developed countries: the United States,Germany, Japan,then put forward the scientific measures for the construction of China’s college graduates employment service system.in order to help the colleges to achieve high quality employment.
