Based on a random sample of Hubei province of Hubei university, Yangtze university, Huazhong normaluniversity, Hubei institute for nationalities, Xianning college of these five schools sports institute of physicaleducation major for each session is20students, every80boys (including the girl30,50), a total of400,5extraction at each school teachers as the research object. Using the methods of questionnaire investigation,interview method and statistics on the related research and analysis, summed up the current for physical educationmajors in colleges and universities in Hubei province the current situation of the teaching skill training and itsexisting problems and deficiencies. And according to the existing problems and deficiencies put forward thecorresponding Suggestions and strategies to improve this phenomenon, for the Hubei province sports educationprofessional students teaching skills training to provide new ways to make their courses more meet the needs ofthe students’ employment, so as to improve the overall teaching effect, achieve teaching skill training objectives;To strengthen the development of Hubei province sports education, promote sports education professionalstudents quickly grasp the teaching basic skills and ability; Improve the students’ overall quality, so as to improvethe practical teaching of physical education major students working ability and the employment competitivepower.
