In order to vigorously promote the reform of basic education course, urumqi S middle school according to the corresponding policies and regulations, in combination with the practical situation of the school, learning case teaching mode, the purpose is to change the teachers and students of the traditional education teaching idea, give full play to the guiding role of the teacher, independent, cooperative, exploratory learning.Paper first part introduction, elaborated the selected topic reason and research significance, the author of the subject research situation at home and abroad made a detailed comb, and carries on the induction and summary. In the second part summarizes the guiding concept and guiding case using the basis of relevant theories.The third part, the guiding case application in Chinese teaching present situation investigation, questionnaire design, in particular, attention to the classification of students as the main body, learning motivation, learning attitude and habit, learning methods, cooperation inquiry abilities in four aspects. Through the data of the questionnaire and the interview content analysis can be seen that the guiding case show positive effect in Chinese teaching and learning there are still problems with the application of evaluation and reflection. Such as teachers, not only in the concept’s not the right attitude, their own incompetence, have guided learning case design and use.Poor students prepare habits, students’ cooperation ability is not fully development of inquiry learning. To solve these problems, the use of guided learning case are proposed. First of all, the school leadership team should perfect the rules and regulations, training of teachers on a regular basis. Secondly, teachers should set up correct education, improve their professional accomplishment, the teacher should guide the student to correct learning attitude, cultivate innovative thinking ability and the independent cooperation to explore the ability of learning, the correct use of case.
