Cohesion plays a positive role in promoting a team in the organization, and animportant factor in enhancing organizational efficiency. The research and scientificevaluation of cohesion mechanisms play an important role for strengthening cohesionstrength of the secondary school teachers as well as building a harmonious teammanagement at secondary schools. This article focuses on the main factors of teamcohesion and its scientific evaluation.First, based on domestic and foreign literature reviews, this paper identifiesresearch of team cohesion’s significance in teacher education management field. Itinnovatively proposes management decisions will be widely used in modern AnalyticHierarchy Process (AHP) for school teachers team cohesion research.Secondly, through the literature reviews, it studies the generation of teamcohesion, meaning, elements, evolution cycle, measurements and other relatedtheories to clarify the concepts related to team cohesion to provide a scientific prooffor the following theoretical studies.Again, in the context of secondary school reform, studies the development ofteam cohesion for teachers; it divides team cohesion factors into attraction factors,structural factors, maintenance factors and external environmental factors. It dividesfour factors into influencing factors; analyze influence of each factor and cohesion,proposed the specific theoretical approach of construction of secondary school teacherteam cohesion.In empirical research, this paper based on AHP design to evaluation of teamcohesion for teachers builds relevant evaluation system. It establishes a hierarchymodel for each factor. The establishment of secondary school teacher team cohesionreflects the strength of the exponential model. It uses Y school as an example,obtained by questionnaire participants scoring, scoring results will come intoexponential model Y secondary cohesion index, therefore, determining theirspecific situation teacher team cohesion. According to the index analysis, it buildswork to improve its cohesion strategy.In the end, the author concluded on the basis of this study and it points out thelimitations of this study and the future prospects for further research.
