"Teaching Studio" is a new form of teacher education in recent years.It is an outstanding teachers group formed by the famous teachers who play a role of demonstration leading and guiding.This group plays a role of improving the level and number of teachers in the region,promoting the teaching reform and promoting the balanced development of education by playing the advantages of team operations.However,the levels of the members in the teaching studio are different.Therefore,how to make the studio have a unified goal orientation,cohesion,incentive and the control of the powerful integration is worth exploring.At present,most of the researches on teaching studios focus on their positive effects on teachers' professional development,less concern for the future development.However,this article mainly from the perspective of team management,explore the process of the construction and shortage of the teachers team cohesion.In order to put forward feasible suggestions for the development of teaching studio.This paper is concerned with the network teaching studio guided by external motivation.Its members are throughout the province.They communicate with each other by the network.In addition,the studio not only pays more attention to the balanced development of music education of the province and the country,but also to the promoting of the professional development of teachers in the team.The studio aims to promote the growth of teachers in remote areas by disseminating quality music education resources with the network as the carrier.Therefore,they always need to pay attention to the team cohesion in the construction and development of the studio which is different from other teaching studios.
