Game theory is the study of the interaction between two or more game subjecttheories, the main role is to explain, predict and put forward suggestions. It made greatachievement throughout development process of the ideological and political education,but also accompanied by internal system the lack of coordination between the variousdepartments, the lack of scientific operation mechanism, the lack of effective incentiveand so on. Facing the complicated contradictions in the social environment, its guidancefailed to form the integrated mechanism of the whole society actively promote effectiveoperation of the resultant force. College students’ ideological and political educationneed examine the overall operation mechanism from the angle of system, widen our sightand increase efficiency. Introducing the game theory, this paper analyzes the gamephenomenon in the process of practice, explore the problems and difficulties, tostrengthen the ideological and political education put forward the system design level ofthinking and put forward specific policy recommendations.This paper is divided into five parts:The first part, summarize the current theory research mainly form the aspects suchas its concept, basic elements and development process. Game theory provides newthought and method for the ideological and political education, enhancing the ideologicaland political education effectiveness, and is an integration of efforts and the overalloptimization operation mechanism is of great importance.The second part, analyzes of the ideological and political education practice in theprocess of game. Through the college students’ ideological and political education ofspecific approaches to realize the four game phenomenon analysis and clarify thesituation. Education in the process, make the students clear the effectiveness of theideological and political education of enterprises and social organizations, carry outcooperation actively with colleges and universities, and form the situation of the whole society to participate in. Files in the construction of campus, conduct the competition anaim and faith, build a harmonious campus culture. Daily ideological and politicaleducation, must build in the dormitory and in the process of logistics services, and carryout education activities in a timely manner. Analysis in the process of evaluating teachersand students, colleges and universities and the game in the situation, a clear definition ofthe education system of specific later execution is an important approach to strengthenthe actual effect of ideological and political education of college students. Analyze thegame in the team construction, mainly is the counselor team construction to presentsituation of the game, emphasized the importance of incentives in colleges anduniversities. According to the above three aspects discussion, know college students’ideological and political education system inside and outside facing the situation to lay afoundation to solve the problem.The third part, t analyze its main body, social forces, evaluation methods and theproblems existing in the construction. According to the classic case of “prisoners’dilemma” game theory revelation, resolve the existing predicament, explore the reason.The forth part, it puts forward the strategic choice to solve the problem and thesolution to the dilemma. To optimize the design of the system of the basic methods, toexplore in the process of the system construction to meet the basic conditions andmethods of the perspective of game theory are put forward to enhance the overall effectof concrete policy suggestions.The fifth part, to construct the ideological and political education systemsengineering and explore the ideological and political education practice value in theprocess of game theory.
