The Research On The Value Orientation Of Contemporary College Student’ Career From The Perspective Of Marx’S Philosophy

College students’employment relates to the individual, family, society and the country’s development. It is the values embodied in choosing employment practices. The value orientation of contemporary college students’ employment reflects choosing a pragmatic intention, choosing standard considering state, society, and personal needs, choosing location urbanization and choosing target diversification. The analysis of contemporary college students’ value orientation concludes that the conflicts of pursuing self-worth and social value, material value and spiritual value, local value and overall value, present value and future value while they are choosing a job values under the Marxist value philosophy. These conflicts affect their career to make the right choice.The formation of the values of contemporary college students are influenced by economic development, social, family, school, university employment system, the influence of subjective and objective factors such as college students themselves. Using Marxist value philosophy to find accommodation in the contemporary college students’ value orientation conflict can be from four aspects to construct and practice contemporary college students’scientific values. One is the main objective, through the efficient system of career education, mental health education, professional counselor team and other ways to strengthen choosing profession values education. The other is promoting the subjectivity in practice, developing, enriching college students’ innovation and entrepreneurship education and practice to guide students to form correct value orientation of profession. The third is people oriented. The trinity of family, school and social set up a career service mechanism to create a good objective environment for college students’ employment. The forth is man’s all-round development, improving the comprehensive quality of contemporary college students, making them consciously practice the correct value orientation of profession.
