With the rapid development of information technology and the growing popularity, the Internet has accumulated a lot of E-learning resources,these E-learning resources are widely distributed,large Numbers of various kinds,provide a possible for the development of E-learning.However, the network of disordered expansion and information of large-scale expansion lead to the generation of information "junk",Cause of E-learning resources intermingled by the good and bad.In addition, E-learning resources organization mode defects caused on resources finding difficult,brought a lot of difficulties in effectively choose E-learning resources to learners. Management of E-learning resources in order to make better use of resources,Such learners can obtain the best E-learning resources in the vast amounts of resources.This study applied the emphasis on user leading and free classification of Folksonomy to E-learning resources management, provide a possible for learners to participate in the organization and management of E-learning resources,built a real E-learning resource management system of led by learners, learner-centered". This study adopts literature research, survey methods, the system of scientific methods,carry on a study of the following three aspects:Firstly,Investigation the present situation of E-learning resource management. Survey college students by the method of questionnaire,learn about their use of E-learning resources, and their attitudes and opinions to E-learning resources management way,thus analysis cause of the problems exist on the management of digital learning resources, introduce a new type information organization——Folksonomy.Secondly,Analysis the structure of E-learning resources management support by folksonomy. After introduced the four elements of the traditional E-learning resources management system, analysis the structure of E-learning resources management support by folksonomy,and give a comprehensive analysis of the transition from the "four-elements" to the "three-elements",and the relationship between the three elements,and build a structural model.Finally,Analysis the process of E-learning resources management support by folksonomy.Give a comprehensive exposition and analysis to manegement process of E-learning resources:"collection-organization-storage-retrieval",and build a process model.This study apply Folksonomy to E-learning resources management, build a structure model and a process model.Trying to solve the inherent flaws of the traditional taxonomy——"the name of the resource not fully reflect the content", and facilitate learners’ retrieval and use of E-learning resources.
