With the challenge of the new century and the age of knowledge-based economy,the Central Committee of the Party and the state Council made a strategic decision to enlarge the scope of higher education,it means that making use of the new patterns and mechanisms to establish relative independent higher education,so independent colleges appeared.However,with the development of Independent colleges, many problems about human resources management appeared. The article is based on economic globalization, explore and analyze the root-reason why existed some problems in human resources of Independent colleges, then combined teachers'individual satisfy degrees,to build the new pattern of human resources of Independent colleges. The author adopted the method of combining the theory with case analysis,relying mainly on application analysis,demonstrated the new pattern of human resources is feasible in application analysis,finally,the author gave some safeguards and measures to make sure implementation of the new pattern of human resources.The reseach train of thought of this article is to regard basic theory of human resources management and the pattern human resources management as the foundation,then read and use a large number of date, The second chapter is some related theories and combined concepts.The third chapter is about how to build the new pattern of human resources of ShanXi Independent colleges,the author is based on researching and a large number of reading,and took empirical analyzing method to analyze problems and reasons of the independent colleges in shanxi province,then found that it is a inevitable result to take principles and patterns of model human resource management in the Independent colleges,and it is also inevitable result to build a new patter of human resources management,and put forward some key links to build the new pattern of human resources management in this chapter. Chpter IV is the application analysis of the new pattern of human resources management of ShanXi Independent colleges,the chapter verified whether the new pattern is feasible using application analysis,the result is positive.In last chapter,the author made some safeguards to identify the new pattern of human resources management was used successfully.
