As an important factor of the national innovation system, nationalengineering research center in university take on the great responsibilityof turn the high-tech of the time into real productivity and acceleratenational modernization. National engineering research center is differentfrom other manufacturing enterprise in its function. So, the managementpattern of human resource has some unique characteristics.By study a famous and successful national engineering researchcenter of university, we find that traditional management pattern ofhuman resource can not work well toward these intelligent employers inuniversity. According to the characteristic of knowledge worker andmanagement demand in the national engineering research center ofuniversity, the dissertation put forward a new management pattern ofhuman resource. A series of measurement was established to enhance themanagement of human resource in national engineering research centerof university, which includes human resource planning, employeetraining, performance appraised rating, reforming of compensation,working environment, and so on.. The application of this pattern is verywell.
