Since the beginning of the development of higher vocational education from thecountry in1991, China’s Higher Vocational Education in the "on promoting the vocationaleducation reform and development of the decision" and "on several national policies toimprove the teaching quality of higher vocational education of a number of opinions" andother support, after years of development has a considerable scale, the number ofenrollment the proportion has accounted for half of higher education in china. Then withthe scale and raise the education level, the higher vocational institutions in the reform ofeducation and teaching, in order to establish the market demand and social demand to setup professional, with post core competence set course curriculum reform ideas, andgradually in the school running idea and mode of running out of their own characteristics.Physical education as an important part of quality education in higher vocationalcolleges, the students’ Lifelong Physical Education and quality education plays animportant role, its reform must also comply with the trend of curriculum reform in HigherVocational education. Want to success of curriculum reform and the construction of sportsvocational college, will be to promote the physical and mental health of students, improvestudent sports accomplishment at the same time, according to the vocational skills, andother practical personnel training requirements, to explore a set of curriculum system andteaching model has the higher vocational colleges and universities sports educationcharacteristics, to cultivate the future in the first post the work of "quasi vocational who"has a good physique, post adaptability, sports skills and lifelong physical exercise abilityand service as the curriculum goal.In this paper introduced the "vocational sports utility" curriculum theory by using themethod of literature, through the use of expert interview, questionnaire and mathematicalstatistics and other methods, to Shandong province part of higher vocational collegesteaching objectives, curriculum, teaching content, teaching evaluation survey and analyzethe present situation, proposed the practical vocational PE Curriculum reform, and designsthe vocational sports utility program for reference and research. The results as follow:1. Vocational usable sports curriculum is the concrete embodiment of physicaleducation and vocational practice, is a kind of teaching form produced with different needs,working environment, social division of labor is increasingly complex, post competitionetc.2. Through the survey found, at present the higher vocational colleges in Shandongprovince sports curriculum is still using the traditional teaching mode, the teachingproblems target vocational utility is not clear, the unreasonable curriculum, teachingmethods, teaching evaluation is not comprehensive backward.3. According to the present Shandong Province vocational college sports teachingreform problems, puts forward the vocational practical physical education curriculumconstruction scheme, to the Shandong vocational education reform is at the explorationstage to give guidance and help.4. The practical significance of the research on Shandong province occupation sportscurriculum in Higher Vocational Colleges practical scheme, to improve the status ofphysical education at higher vocational colleges in Shandong Province, is conducive to thedevelopment of students’ occupation of core competence, cultivate students’ interest insports, to achieve life-long sports goal.
