| Hidden curriculum in Physical Education aims at implementing whole education for students. That is developing nonintellectual factor of students and accelerating the achievement of the objective of the manifest curriculum through some Hidden and indirect cultural factors such as the environment, sports tradition and atmosphere, teaching behaviors and patterns of P.E. teachers and interpersonal relationship, etc. Aerobics Gymnastics curriculum is a sub-curriculum of the Physical Education in higher education and it also is confronted with the task of promoting the education for all-round development of students. The existed problems in the Aerobics Gymnastics curriculum were found and the feasible countermeasures were raised by the survey study on the status of the Hidden curriculum of the Aerobics Gymnastics in higher education in Shandong Province. The study offers theoretical evidences for the development of the Aerobics Gymnastics curriculum in higher education.The documentary data method, questionnaire method, interview method, logical analysis method, statistics method were adopted in the study. Ten universities and colleges were random selected to survey and analysis on the physical factors and the spiritual factors of the Aerobics Gymnastics Hidden curriculum. As followed are the conclusions of the study:1 The credit hours are not enough to develop students'skills and abilities of the Aerobics Gymnastics.2 The scales of the Aerobics Gymnastics class are too big and the learning formation of the students is too inflexible which are not beneficial to the teaching and learning of the Aerobics Gymnastics curriculum.3 The area was big but there were fewer stadiums and worse facilities for the Aerobics Gymnastics and this condition is not beneficial to the teaching and learning of the Aerobics Gymnastics curriculum.4 The environment of the Aerobics Gymnastics curriculum is noisy, chaos and short of suitable circumstance which are not beneficial to the teaching and learning of the Aerobics Gymnastics curriculum. 5 The interpersonal relation is common between teachers and students which are not beneficial to the teaching and learning of the Aerobics Gymnastics curriculum.6 Teachers were strict with the attire and the attendance of the students in the Aerobics Gymnastics curriculum. And this ensure to the teaching and learning of the Aerobics Gymnastics curriculum.7 The attitude, responsibility, professional dedication, less impartiality and communication with students of teachers were not enough nice and this was not beneficial to the teaching and learning of the Aerobics Gymnastics curriculum.8 The atmosphere of the Aerobics Gymnastics is common and this affected the teaching and learning result of the Aerobics Gymnastics curriculum; there were lack of promoting and organization of the Aerobics Gymnastics movements which is an obstacle for form nice culture of the Aerobics Gymnastics.The relevant countermeasures were raised according to the problems existed in the Aerobics Gymnastics curriculum in universities and colleges. As followed is:1 To add credit hours of the Aerobics Gymnastics to guarantee the development of the Aerobics Gymnastics skills and abilities of the students.2 To reduce the scale of the Aerobics Gymnastics class, to encourage and cultivate teachers to teach flexibly.3 To increase investment on building stadiums and purchasing facilities for the Aerobics Gymnastics curriculum and to beautify teaching environments and optimized the atmosphere of the teaching and learning so to guarantee the smooth development of the Aerobics Gymnastics curriculum.4 To enhance the professional moral education of the teachers, create harmonious bonds between teachers and students and favorable curriculum atmosphere; to promote and organize more Aerobics Gymnastics movements in the universities and colleges to form an upstanding circumstance for the smooth development. |
