If a man without virtue, even if you have some knowledge and skills, is of no significance, visible, the importance of moral education to people. Saying "godson when young", the elementary school stage of the ideological and moral education, especially the good habits and moral quality of cultivation is very important to the growth of the child’s life. In southern Xinjiang region of the special geographical position and diverse culture, value and strengthen the Xinjiang Kashgar students’ ideological and moral education, has a more profound strategic significance.Primary school students in Xinjiang Kashgar area this paper to study the thought moral education as the background, through the city 4 primary schools(two national primary schools, two han Chinese schools) and some teachers and parents of field visits and investigation, analysis summary follows elementary problems of ideology and moral character education, and the reason analysis, put forward the strategy of strengthening primary school moral education, by optimizing the way of students ideological and moral teaching content and strengthening practical education, and carry forward the excellent traditional culture of the Chinese nation and carry forward the fine traditional virtue of the ethnic minority areas, etc for primary school students ideological and moral education services, through the school, family, community, government, work together to make the region’s primary school students ideological and moral education to a new level.This thesis mainly divided into the following four most:The first part of introduction. This part mainly introduces the Xingjian Kashgar student’s ideological and moral education countermeasure research purpose, significance, research ideas, as well as the domestic and foreign research status about this topic and innovation points of this paper and the difficulty.The second part of Xinjiang Kashgar pupils present situation and characteristics of ideology and moral character education. This part expounds the Xinjiang Kashgar pupils present situation of ideological and moral education, the city primary school students ideological and moral education of the complexity of the environment and the education object during the course of national character, etc are discussed in detail, on the basis of the description and theory analysis, induction and summary.The third part Xinjiang kashgar students’ ideological and moral education problems. This part from 4 primary schools(two Uighur primary schools: follows the first primary school, follows the seventh primary school; two han Chinese primary schools: city elementary school, 9 city elementary school ten) of the students, teachers and parents of the investigation questionnaire and actual visits, from predominantly Muslim religious atmosphere, school education, family education, etc., find out the main problems of city elementary student thought personal character education.The fourth part Xingjian Kashgar elementary student thought personal character analysis of the causes of the problems existing in the education. This part from Kashgar special religious environment, modern network media, school education, family education and so on analysis follows pupils thought personal character education is the crux of the problem.The fifth part To strengthen the Xinjiang Kashgar elementary countermeasures and Suggestions of ideological and moral education. This part is the focus of this article, as well as innovation and difficult part of this article, in the process of writing, try to be as objective, authentic, adjust measures to local conditions to analyze city elementary school students ideological and moral education effective countermeasures and Suggestions, avoid empty preaching and divorced from reality. This part firstly from the purification Kashgar education environment, this paper from several aspects, such as schools, families, communities, closely follows pupils, summarized the actual situation, summarizes the countermeasures. Put forward the optimization content of ideology and moral character; Improve education method; To improve the practicality of school moral education; Dig a predominantly ethnic traditional culture in the positive factors for primary school students ideological and moral education services such as countermeasures.
