Since the implementation of the new curriculum, classical Chinese teaching status and role in effective language teaching has been increasing. The high school’s classical Chinese effective teaching in Kashgar City directly affects the results in Min Kao Han effective teaching, also affects Min Kao Han student college entrance examination scores, but also affect the overall physical and mental development of a person. Kashgar students study classical Chinese Min Kao Han effective teaching situation, for individuals can improve their academic level and scientific research ability, for the entire city of Kashgar, the survey can supplement and improve the correlation theory of Min Kao Han students’ classical Chinese effective teaching education. This study from home and abroad on the basis of related theory, humanistic theory, teaching optimization theory and pragmatic theory provides a theoretical basis for the study.This study is drawing on relevant literature on the basis of expanded, mainly in Kashgar City in Min Kao Han School Student, teacher for the survey, with related research, considering a variety of factors, from two aspects to survey Kashgar City high school student of classical Chinese Min Kao Han effective teaching: First, PEP compulsory ordinary high school language textbook framework, features exhibits; second, interviews with students and teachers questionnaire results are presented.Through the survey found, the effective teaching of Min Kao Han student in Kashgar City high school do exist many problems: in the student level, the problem is the lack of student interest, passive acceptance, text recognition is weak, single method; in teacher level; the problem is mainly single teaching methods, teaching evaluation is weak, outdated teaching content, and insufficient professional level. To solve these problems, we put forward to the corresponding countermeasures: For the students, they should stimulate interest and active investigation, the accumulation of text knowledge, discovery learning and improve efficiency;for teachers, they should explore teaching methods to improve teaching evaluation, update teaching content a, Research on effective teaching and enhance the professional level. Hoping to cause teachers to give more attention in high school students of classical Chinese Min Kao Han effective teaching, in order to find more and better solutions to improve effective teaching of classical Chinese.then,Min Kao Han students in Kashgar City high school will achieve the new curriculum standard requirements and fit to the pace of nowadays society.
