The new type of urbanization is accompanied by the development of industrialization,the process of non-agricultural industries gathering in cities,and the concentration of rural populations into cities and towns.It is a natural historical process of the development of human society,its core is the urbanization of human beings,in the process of human urbanization,education plays a key role.Moral education has always been an important part of school education,in schools,educators in order to achieve their moral education goals set up a certain moral education environment to exert the role of students,such a school moral education environment for students is crucial,it has a subtle impact on students in many aspects.Therefore,the reasonable construction and optimization of school moral education environment should become an important part of school moral education work.The construction and optimization of school moral education environment need to have reasonable direction and purpose,from the point of view of moral education ecology theory,the school moral education environment should reach a state of ecological balance,with the ability of self-regulation and benign development,so that people in the school can get good development,a good school moral education environment can also dynamically affect the social environment,and then promote the urbanization of people,promote the development of new type of urbanization.It is of practical significance to study the environment of school moral education under the background of new type of urbanization,but there are still few studies on this problem in our country at present,so the author thinks it is necessary to study the environment of school moral education under the background of new type of urbanization,and provide some theoretical references for the study of school moral education environment under the background of newtype of urbanization.It also provides some references for the practical work of moral education environment in schools.Based on the ecological theory of moral education,this study analyzes the environment of school moral education according to its theory,and mainly pays attention to the elements,processes and practical methods of school moral education environment.Among them,the elements in the school moral education environment mainly focus on the social moral construction and individual moral construction,the process mainly focuses on the material circulation,energy flow and information transmission,and finally according to the moral education ecological theory to build the ecological balance of the school moral Education environment Practice method,the school moral Education environment optimization,the optimization of the direction is ecological balance.In order to refine the scope of the study,this paper divides the school moral education environment into three aspects,the material environment,the institutional environment and the spiritual environment,and mainly unfolds from these three aspects.The problem to be studied in this thesis is: First,what is the current situation of school moral education environment under the background of new type of urbanization? Second,under the background of new type of urbanization,what background factors affect the school moral education environment? What is the cause of the impact? Third,how to construct the ecological balance of the school moral education environment? This study took a random sampling method,from City of Nanning and Guilin,a total of six junior high schools,through field observation,distribution of questionnaires,interviews and analysis of recovered data,the findings of the study are as follows:Firstly,under the background of new type of urbanization,schools in urban areas have generally begun to carry out material and cultural construction,schools continue to excavate their own characteristics,and reflected in the material construction of schools,class culture display is also more colorful,but basically no teacher's office construction;school-based teaching materials have not formed a complete system,at present,the progress of the preparation of school-based teaching materials is relatively slow,the students ' extracurricular activities and class classes are relatively old,the effect needs to be improved,and the teachers ' inter-school training Exchange system has not yet become a system,but teachers have a low level of understanding of the origin of school motto and the historical development of schools.Teachers attach great importance to thecultivation of students ' ideological and moral quality,attach importance to classroom penetration,and the relationship between teachers and students is also more harmonious.Secondly,in the physical environment,the institutional environment and the spiritual environment,there are different factors affecting them.The physical environment construction of the school benefits from the promotion of the new type of urbanization are unique,there is a certain degree of identification,but the role of some links has not been played,the school has not paid attention to the student growth record and summary,but also did not pay attention to the construction and planning of teachers ' working environment Some activities and courses in schools do not pay attention to the individual moral construction of students,and the training and exchange system of teachers does not give enough attention to the individual moral construction of teachers.In the whole,the construction of the mental environment of the school is mainly the excavation of the school spirit is not thorough enough,and the foundation of the university's culture is not deep enough,teachers do not have a high degree of understanding of this,the school background of the identity and sense of belonging is relatively low,so also caused by the students of the strength and depth of the lack of education.Thirdly,in order to realize the ecological balance of the school moral education environment,we should construct the living material environment,the people-oriented system environment and the spiritual environment of the cultural heritage.When carrying out the construction of material environment in schools,we should fully take into account the effectiveness of concrete measures for students ' social moral construction and individual moral construction of teachers and students,and to construct a living material environment,as well as in the construction of institutional environment,and to be people-oriented,the establishment of all systems should be based on the fundamental needs of teachers and students.We should have a global view and a long-term vision,see the relationship between people and people in schools,the relationship between man and system,attach importance to the subjective initiative of human beings in individual moral construction,and the construction of school spiritual environment should pay attention to the inheritance of their own context,schools should train students with national self-confidence and cultural self-confidence,And turn these spirits into a part of students ' lives.Physical environment,institutional environment and spiritual environment will interact with the whole,a good environment can shape people,human initiative can also transform the environment,good material and institutional environment to promote the development of students and teachers,students and teachers can be dynamic to promote the construction of materials and institutions,so that,Is to form the ecological balance of the school moral education environment,to promote the new type of urbanization,human urbanization,education in the process of urbanization has a positive role.In addition,the school environment,family environment and social environment is a whole,the school environment can not only adapt to changes in the social environment,but also be proactive in influencing the family environment and social environment,so as to form a combination of schools,families and society,forming the ecological balance of the entire moral education system.
