The Research On Developmental Indicator System Of Educational Informationization Of Compulsory Education In Rural Area

Educational informationization is an important part of educational modernization. We try to give a proper analysis of the present situation of rural educational informationization, and construct the developmental indicator system of the rural educational informationization of China, in order that it may confirm the future developmental goals, and finally try to fill the big gap between urban education and rural education, and contribute to the balanced development of our compulsory education. In part one, first we introduced the angle of views from which we try to construct this system. As far as they are concerned, we discussed the meaning of educational informationization and developmental indicator system, and analyzed the characteristic in phase of educational informationization. Furthermore, we set 2020 as the time of entering mature period.In part two we listed the data in detail to display the present situation of the development of our rural educational informationization, and contrast the data of rural education with the data of urban education and the whole country, so that we can see the big gap between them. At the same time, we also tried to analyze and interpret some of the developmental goals which had been put forward by some policies.In part three we discussed why and how to construct a proper and reasonable developmental indicator system, which can not only reflect the developmental situation of rural educational informationization, but also correspond with the development of the urban educational informationization, even the development of educational informationization of foreign countries. We drew out the whole developmental indicator system and predict some of the data. We hope it can act as a quantitative and reasonable basis for the process of decision-making in the future.At last, we put forward six measures, such as ensuring the appropriating funds for educational informationization, paying more attention to software resources and the corresponding training of teachers, setting special leading positions for educational informationization in each school, making good use of particular resources of rural areas and so on. We hope they can contribute to the development of educational informationization in rural areas.
