The contradiction between supply of enterprise and demand of undergraduates in labormarket has being in recent years. And that has been concerned by the state, society, enterprise,school, etc. The disconnection between personnel training of higher education and the needs ofenterprise has been brought to the forefront from all walks of social. Therefore, developing newtalent training mode that is more suitable for the requirement of the society and cultivating collegestudents who could high quality conform to the needs of enterprise, which have being the problemthat our school must solve. For students are concerned, one of the task in the university is thatimproving themselves constantly on the basis of realizing business demands and developingcompetitiveness in the future work.In the field of human resource management in modern enterprises, though competency modeldevelopment started relatively late, it has already been called the important basis of a series ofintegrated management and technology exploitation, which are about recruitment, selection,training, salary, job design, organization design, performance management, succession planning inthe modern human resources management. The theory was viewed as my study point tounderstand enterprise employing demand, designed a questionnaire about student competencymodel initially, trying to survey the corresponding professional direction of the primary positioncompetency model from different colleges. It concluded that professional dedication, sense ofresponsibility, team cooperation and communication are regarded as important competencies byall enterprises and posts. And integrity, professional knowledge, practical ability, innovation,execution, implementation, learning initiative, elastic, adaptive capacity and competencies are thevalues among different enterprises and posts respectively. In addition, this study was obtained theresult that university can implement the position competency model according to the specialties,integrating various resources, to build a whole course and multipath career guidance systemcomprehensive, which is comprehensive, scientific, systematic.
