The Survey Study On The Current Situation Of The Environmental Construction Of The Basic Educational Informatization

Located in the northwest of China, Gansu Province is characterized by its specialhistory, geography, culture and social environment. Based on the surveyssystematically sorted on the current situation of the environmental construction of theeducational informatization at home and abroad and some relevant researches,this research which starts from the current situation of the environmental constructionof the basic education informatization in Gansu Province constructs the targetsystem of the environmental construction of basic education informatization which isavailable for Gansu Province by using the Delphic method. What’s more, by using themethod of making an investigation and with the help of the software of analyzing data,such as SPSS and Excel and so on, it authentically and objectively describes thecurrent situation of the environmental construction of the informatization of the basiceducation in Gansu Province, notices the issues and puts forward the strategies toprovide the reference and evidence for the high effective and realistic development ofthe informatization of the basic education in Gansu Province.The main contents of the paper are listed as following:NO.1:The origin of the research. After studying the national policy and thedocument and grasping the government’s talking spirit, we find that the constructionof the basic informatization has already been brought into the general strategy of thenational informatization. Under such circumstances, the education department ofGansu Province gave a positive response that they appointed this research team tocarry out the special investigation work of the education informatization,which led tothe thoughts for the environmental construction. The research whose topic is theinvestigation on the environmental construction of the basic education in GansuProvince targets the environmental construction of the informatization of the basiceducation in Gansu Province.NO.2Building the target system of the environmental construction of theinformatization of the basic education in Gansu Province. The paper not only clarifiesthe implication of the educational informatization and its revolutionary influence on the basic education, but also combines the investigations on the present situation ofthe environmental construction of the educational informatization at home and abroadand introduces the new technology and media. What’s more, after deeply studying thepresent situation and drawing the research achievement and experience of theforefathers, we constituted the first draft of the target system of the environmentalconstruction of the informatization of the basic education in Gansu Province,which istightly connected with the realistic situation of Gansu Province and focuses on theconstruction of the infrastructure,the construction of the digital resource, theconstruction of the teaching staff and the capital investments. By using the Delphicmethod,through two rounds of expert consultation and after improving the draft withthe help of the experts, the target system of the investigation on the environmentalconstruction of the informatization of the basic education in Gansu Province hasalready been established, covering4indicators of the first level,7indicators of thesecond level and22indicators of the third level.NO.3The period of the investigation and implement. Based on the establishedtarget system, we develop the questionnaire, the investigation of the present situationof the construction of the basic education in Gansu Province,among basiceducation stage schools in Gansu Province. In the meanwhile, we distributed thenetwork questionnaire and collected the quantized data.In order to make up for singleand the shortcomings of the questionnaires data,we visited indeed and researchedLongnan City and Tianshui City as well as developed discussion and interviewsamong some relevant workers in the City Board of Education, the administrators andteachers on the front in the school to get the qualitative data. Thus, the interview isconsidered as the main form in the late tracing investigation.NO.4Proposing the strategy of the environmental construction of theinformatization of the basic education in Gansu Province. After combing the data ofthe network questionnaire and the qualitative data of the interview, intensivelyanalyzing the data of the research among five aspects, research overview, theinfrastructure construction, digital resources construction, construction of teachingstaff and the capital investments, combining the diagram text to explain the presentsituation and find the issues, and with the help of such the software of analyzing data as SPSS17.0and Excel2007, we have drafted the achievable development strategy tosolve the problem preferably and point out the tendency of the development in thefuture.At last, we make a detailed summary and outlook towards the research.
