The country is also aware ofinformation technology education in rural areas is the key factor ofrestricting national education informatization, so begin extensive materialon rural informationization teaching resources and manpower, to shortenthe teaching resources in urban and rural long-term unfair incomedistribution gap, this also for the country to achieve the educationinformation has provided a guarantee.
