Because our country economic development of long-term do notcross, cause the teaching resource is always uneven. Especially in therural area on the western edge of the teaching resources, is always themost backward. But with the rapid development of the information age,the vigorous development of informationization teaching resources arelike bamboo shoots after a spring rain. This makes a fundamental changein the traditional way of teaching. The country is also aware ofinformation technology education in rural areas is the key factor ofrestricting national education informatization, so begin extensive materialon rural informationization teaching resources and manpower, to shortenthe teaching resources in urban and rural long-term unfair incomedistribution gap, this also for the country to achieve the educationinformation has provided a guarantee. Rural teachers to choose and usethese information teaching resources due to various reasons, the teachersdid not enhance the teaching effect in teaching. Find out the reason andseek the solution, it is urgent to solve the problem of realizing theinformatization of education.In view of the above problems, this paper primary school teachers inrural areas of Liangzhou District of Wuwei city in Gansu province wereinvestigated. Through the research of teachers in the selection and use ofteaching resources based on the existing problems, find out the reason, and proposed the corresponding solution. Liangzhou district rural primaryschool teachers learn to teaching resources based on the selection and useof strategies. Don’t for the selection and use of informationizationteaching resources and distress.This paper consists of5parts, the first part of the introduction, thesecond part of the related concepts and theories, the third part of ruralprimary school teachers on the teaching resources based on the selectionand application of investigation and analysis, the fourth part to solve theproblem, the fifth part is summary and prospects.
