With the improvement of positive psychology organizational behavior,we pay moreattention to the positive characteristic、 condition and behavior of individuals inorganization,individual,s positive psychology quality and function become a neworientation of psychological research.However,in the research of psychology,the academicresearch of jobinvolvement falls far behind the attention to staffs inorganizations,especially to a special group——teachers in middle schools.So in thetheoretic base of positive psychology and organizational behavior,I compilation aquestionnaire for teachers in middle school.This research mainly discuss the relationshipbetween job resource、personnel resource and work engagement.The result shows that:(1) The job resource questionnaire contains three dimension:support from leaders、controlling of work and support from colleagues.This questionnaire possess favourablevalidity and reliability.(2) Because the difference in the culture background,this paper checked the configurationof personnel resource.In the CFA modle.(3) The difference of job resource、personnel resource and job engagement in populationstatistics mainly appears in gender、age and school age.(4) Job resource、 personnel resource and job engagement relate to each othersevidently.Job resource can forcast personnel resource and its dimensions.Job resource canforcast job engagement and its dimensions.(5) The result of SEM shows that personnel resource mediums the relationship between jobresource and job engagement.
