This paper is based on my actual experience in teaching junior high moral lesson. I tooksurvey and interview as methods. In the survey, by selecting610Dongxiang NationalityJunior Middle School Students as the sample,I analyzed the difference between DongxiangStudents and Han Students in interacting with teachers in the ideological and moral course,then found the different expressions and reasons between Dongxiang and the Han students inpsychological problems. At last, I provided some advices for improving the quality of theinteraction between teachers and students in junior middle school.Structural equation model analysis showed that, there were several factors which had apositive effect on the interaction between teachers and students in the ideological and moralcourse. Among the factors, the interactive factors were the most influential one, followedsuccessively by environmental factors, student factors and teacher factors. The factors thatinfluenced the satisfaction of teachers and students with the interaction in the course were,according to the level of sequence, interaction factors, teacher factors, student factors andenvironmental factors. The survey results show that, junior middle school students hoped amore satisfactory teacher-student interaction in their ideological and moral course. Nearly1/3of them were not satisfied with the teachers-students interaction. Therefore, in order toimprove the satisfaction of students, the middle schools in Dongxiang Autonomous Countymust scientifically improve interactive factors, enhance environmental factors, continuouslystrengthen teacher factor, and effectively promote the student factors. Among which, thestudent factor and teacher factor were the most influential aspects in the current middleschools which should be mainly strengthened and improved.After the analysis on overall satisfaction, the author found that most of the students aresatisfied with the interaction between teachers and students. But there are still31.6%of thestudents who are not satisfied. In addition, the Han students’ satisfaction is generally higherthan the Dongxiang students. Among them, the satisfaction of the Han boy students washigher than the Dongxiang boys’; the Han girl students’ satisfaction was higher thanDongxiang girls’. Students of the Han nationality in grade seven, eight, and nine studentswere more satisfied than the Dongxiang students. Therefore, we should proceed from theimprovement of environmental, teacher and student factors, to promote the interaction between the Dongxiang nationality students and teachers.Through the use of multiple group analysis, it was proved that the interactive factors,environmental factor and teacher factor had the strongest impact on boys and little impact onthe Dongxiang girls; the three factors had greater impact on the Han students, less on theDongxiang nationality students; greater impact on the good and average student, less on thedifferent Dongxiang nationality students; greater impact on the low grade students, less on theDongxiang nationality students in different grades; greater influence on the students in mixedethnic schools and pure Chinese school students, less on the students in pure Dongxiangnationality schools.
