The 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,based on China's national conditions and the reality of education and teaching,creatively put forward the policy and task of the new curriculum reform,that is,to continuously optimize quality education,promote educational equity,deepen the curriculum teaching reform,and lay a solid foundation for the training of new people in the era of all-round development of moral,intellectual and physical beauty and labor.The proposed task of this policy means that China's new curriculum reform has entered a new historical stage,high school ideological and political courses as a key part of the new curriculum reform,bear the Lide tree people,cast soul to educate people's major mission,is to train new people in the era of all-round development of a strong grasp.Therefore,to deepen the reform of the new curriculum,we need to innovate the teaching form of the ideological and political curriculum in high school,coordinate the bilateral relations between teachers and students,and give full play to the overall function of the interaction between teachers and students in the ideological and political courses of high school.Based on the new curriculum reform concept,combined with the author's experience in school practice and visit investigation,this paper analyzes the current situation,main problems,reasons and countermeasures of the interaction between teachers and students in high school ideological and political courses,with a view to contributing wisdom and programs to the interactive research of high school ideological and political students.This paper consists of four parts:The first part:the high school ideological and political teaching in the teacher-student interaction of the relevant content overview,this part is the basis of the content of the thesis.First of all,the author analyzes the connotation of teacher-student interaction.Secondly,it introduces the four principles followed by the interaction between teachers and students in high school ideological and political courses.Finally,the importance of the interaction between teachers and students in high school ideological and political classes is expounded.The second part:the current situation of teacher-student interaction in the teaching of high school ideological and political courses and the introduction of the main problems existing,this part is the focus of the content of the thesis.First of all,in the high school ideological and political teaching in the current situation of teacher-student interaction,the author through the Jinxiu Yi Autonomous County A middle school and teaching practice issued during the questionnaire data analysis and summary.Secondly,on the basis of the summary of questionnaire data,the author summarizes the main problems existing in teacher-student interaction with the outline of the interview between teachers and students,that is,focusing on the interaction of subject knowledge and ignoring the guidance of the value of moral education;The single appearance of interactive form,mainly traditional oral questions and answers;The students' interactive participation is insufficient,and the classroom teaching is prominent.The effect of classroom interaction is not good,and the interaction between teachers and students is not effective.The three part:the main reason for the problem of teacher-student interaction in the teaching of high school ideological and political courses is the deepening of the content of the thesis.The author introduces the main reasons from the three aspects of teachers,students and interactive space-time conditions,including:the lag between teachers'teaching ideas and teaching methods.The students' interest in ideological and political subjects is not enough;The interactive space-time conditions restrict the effect of the interaction between teachers and students.The four part:analysis of the implementation countermeasures of teacher-student interaction in the teaching of high school ideological and political courses,which is the main body of the thesis content.On the basis of combining the above problems and reasons,the author analyzes the implementation countermeasures of teacher-student interaction in the teaching of high school ideological and political courses by using teaching cases and Chinese and foreign research results.Specifically include:changing the traditional teaching philosophy of teachers,technology curriculum to play the value of educating people;innovate the teacher's classroom teaching method and optimize the traditional interactive form;to stimulate students' interest in classroom learning and enhance students' interactive participation in the classroom;Improve the space-time conditions for teacher-student interaction and ensure the effect of teacher-student interaction.
