At present, with the deepening of the reform of basic education, the traditional teaching mode of teachers'leading cannot meet the demand of education. In order to improve the quality of teaching and strengthen the equally communication and dialogue between teachers and students, the general education workers constantly explore new means and methods of education. Junior school students are in a crucial period of physical and mental development, as the outlook on world, life and values are gradually formed, as the important position of moral education, moral education deserves highly attention. In order to improve the teaching effect of the ideological and moral course, students can better understand the knowledge, improve the students'enthusiasm and initiative, building a positive interaction between teachers and students is imperative and necessary.In combination with own internship experience, teaching practice and watching others form of classroom teaching, the author explore the problem of interaction between teachers and students in the class. First I learn the basic concepts of interaction between teachers and students. By reference of scholars'definition of related concepts, I put forward the understanding of the interaction between teachers and students. And then according to the understanding of them,I proposed equality, emotionality, heuristic principles of interaction between teachers and students. Secondly clarify form of moral teaching interaction between teachers and students in the middle school. Through a variety of ways of questioning, I discuss the way of democratization, selection of classroom quiz form to enrich ideological and moral class. Again based on the reality of the classroom teaching, the ideological and moral education of the existence of interactive laissez faire, the difference between the students, the interactive level, the evaluation mechanism is not perfect and so on. Finally through the school's macro control, do a good job to support the work, teachers'comprehensive improvement, to improve the overall quality and students to change their concepts, strengthening subject consciousness, three common striving continuously to improve the status of junior high ideological and moral lessons, and constantly improve the classroom efficiency.This study attempts to teacher-student interaction will be through to the ideological and moral teaching, make the classroom atmosphere more active, more smooth communication between teachers and students, students are willing to accept knowledge, so that students in a deep understanding of new knowledge will be the basis of knowledge internalization and transformed to own practical action, in order to reach the goal of moral education of Ideological and moral lesson.
