| Labor education is an important part of the all-round development of education and an important part of the socialist education system with Chinese characteristics.Since Xi Jinping proposed at the National Education Conference in2018 that we should attach importance to labor education,promote the spirit of labor,and cultivate students’ labor values in the new era,many schools have also carried out labor education.However,in the real educational field,kindergarten labor education has not been paid attention by the majority of educators,resulting in the lack of systematic theoretical guidance for educational activities in kindergarten labor education activities,the simple patchwork of educational content,and the lack of educational practice.Based on this,after sorting out the relevant literature research on labor education,this paper turns the research perspective to rural kindergarten labor education,tries to discuss the value of labor education in township center kindergartens from the perspective of labor value,and summarizes how rural labor education resources enrich township centers.How can kindergarten curriculum and rural labor education promote the all-round development of rural children? Then,the researchers took the labor education of the township center kindergartens as the research object,and adopted the research methods such as literature method,observation method,interview method and text analysis method to collect information on labor education in kindergartens,understand the status quo of labor education in kindergartens and parents’ labor education.and then conduct a detailed analysis of the five aspects of the kindergarten labor education activity objectives,content,methods,evaluation and effects studied,and conclude that the township central kindergarten carries out labor education with self-care labor and farming labor as the main content.Advantages and disadvantages.After a relatively complete research on labor education in the kindergarten,it was found that during the implementation of labor education,due to the lack of systematization of the labor education curriculum in the kindergarten and the traditional concept of parental solidification,the kindergarten had incomplete selection of labor education content and labor education fields.The practical difficulties such as the immobilization of the method and the unsatisfactory effect of labor education.Therefore,the researchers put forward appropriate optimization suggestions for the labor education of township center kindergartens from the three levels of the state,local government and kindergarten,so as to fill the shortage of the top-level design and external support of kindergarten labor education,so that the township center kindergarten can play a role.Its demonstration,radiation and guiding role allow kindergartens to integrate farming labor and farming culture into the kindergarten curriculum in a targeted manner,so that the township center kindergarten can develop its unique labor education curriculum to improve the quality of rural education,and for the township center in the future.Provide reference and reference for the development of labor education in kindergartens.It can be seen that labor education has its role in promoting the all-round growth of individuals,improving the quality of kindergarten education,and inheriting and promoting rural labor culture.Therefore,the systematization of labor education in township center kindergartens requires more cooperation and support from multiple parties,and using kindergartens as the main force enables them to exert their educational wisdom and improve labor education courses in township center kindergartens according to local conditions. |
