"The Outline of the National Medium-and Long-Term Education Reform and Development Plan(2010-2020)" states that preschool education is basically universalized,with emphasis on rural preschool education.The "Several Opinions of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council on Deepening the Reform and Standardization of Preschool Education" proposes that the promotion of preschool education be universal,inclusive,safe and high-quality development,and meet the people's beautiful expectation of childcare.The preschool education in rural villages and towns in China has been developing rapidly,both in terms of total resources,norms for running schools,teachers,and quality of education.The rural revitalization strategy has become a lever for leveraging the development of preschool education in rural areas,and it has also brought opportunities and challenges to the sustainable construction and development of rural township kindergartens.Researcher first uses the literature method to sort out and summarize the research results related to the construction of township central kindergartens to determine research topics and research tools.Second,through field surveys,P County,which has just emerged from poverty,is identified as the research object and the research content is determined;Finally,the questionnaire survey method and interview method were used to survey 12 kindergartens in P County to understand their current status in the construction of the park,teachers,and management system.Through the analysis of the current situation,the following problems were found in the construction of the township center kindergarten in P County: first,the construction process was slow;second,the teachers were weak;third,the management system was not sound.The in-depth analysis of the reasons for the above problems,and the following optimization countermeasures are proposed: firstly,establish a scientific and balanced development concept,and rationally plan development paths;secondly,plan flexible and diverse development plans to improve the overall level of teachers;thirdly,construction of management system and standardization of township central kindergarten management.
