Chinese University BasketballAssociation (CUBA) aiming at to cultivate numerous high-quality, high-levelbasketball talents has become one of the three major domestic basketball tournament.However, Xi’ an as the leading education city, when it comes to the quantity and scaleof the higher education institution always rank top in the country, a number of collegestadiums is available, the enrollment of basketball athlete students endowed with highquality, but the performance of women’s high-level university basketball team is notideal. Therefore, it is an urgent need to improve and strengthen Xi’ an University women’s high-level basketball competitive sports excellence.The university in Xi’ an have a total of25basketball teams of men and womenrespectively, and the quantity is more likely to reduce. The annual college women’sBasketball League was invariably held in Shaanxi province, the participators of theteams only12or so.
