Research On The Current Situation And Influencing Factors Of Extracurricular Basketball Activities In Junior Middle Schools Of Shulan City

In our country,basketball has a broad mass base,is widely loved by middle school students,and is one of the sports events with the highest participation of students.This stems from the fact that basketball is both entertaining,admirable,competitive and educational,and convenient to develop.It is an indispensable part of middle school physical education and extracurricular sports activities.Extracurricular sports activities are the "second classroom" of school sports.Compared with classroom teaching,the form of extracurricular sports activities is more free and organization is more flexible.Students break free from the shackles of the classroom form and can participate in sports according to their own preferences.Both the participants and the process of participation are extremely flexible.Extracurricular basketball activities are an important part of the development of sports in junior middle schools.They can not only effectively improve the physical fitness of students,reduce academic pressure,relax the body and mind,but also cultivate students interest in sports,which is conducive to the development of students personality and social development.An important carrier of quality education.This article takes the current situation of extracurricular basketball activities in Shulan junior middle schools as the research object,comprehensively applies literature method,questionnaire survey method,interview method and other research methods,investigates Shulan junior middle schools extracurricular basketball from students,teachers and school leaders.Current status of activities.The results show that :(1)There are great differences between students of different genders in participating in extracurricular basketball activities.The time of participating in extracurricular basketball activities is concentrated in the afternoons and weekends,and most of them are free shooting exercises and 3V3 and 4V4 half-court confrontation exercises.Students mostly participate in extracurricular basketball activities in the form of free partners.(2)Among the influences of basketball sports satisfaction,basketball activity environment has the greatest influence,followed by teacher level,activity organization level,teacher guidance,site facilities,and finally site service level.(3)Among the influencing factors of basketball extracurricular physical activities,the most influential factors are internal factors,followed by external motivation,and finally the influence of others.
