Study On The Cultivation Of University Students’ Self-controlability

The self-control ability of university students is the internal need of achievingself–education and improving own quality.In the era of new media, the self-controlability of university students is suffering from serious challenges.So delve into theinfluencing factors of university students’ self-control ability in the new media era isvery important.Study on the cultivation of university students’ self-control ability takes theuniversity students as the research object and the new media as perspective,carryingout the empirical study about university students’ self-control ability.In order toexplore the problem of the university students’ self-control ability,we use a self-madequestionnaire to analysis and discuss the self-control ability.We exploring theinfluencing factors from university students and new media environment,found thatthe internal factors that affect university students’ self control ability are their rationaldevelopment is immature,their emotion is intensity and unstable,their personalitydevelopment is not perfect.The external factors are particularity of the new mediaenvironment,adverse effects of social atmosphere,the imperfect of education systemand the influence of peer groups.On this basis,we present the way incognitive,emotional and behavioral perspective to improving the university students’self-control ability,these way is grasping the era theme and help university studentsestablish rational cognition,sticking to the subject status of university students andenhance positive emotional experience, pay attention to media literature educationand regulate the behavior of university students.
