Ideological and political theory course in universities and colleges hasundertaken the educational task of systematic Marxist Theory for college students,and it is also the battle position for the universities and colleges to conduct ideologicaland political education. The essential attribute of Marxist lies in the practice. Thedevelopment of ideological and political theory course not only demands students tomaster basic theory knowledge, more importantly, but also to apply knowledge. Theaccomplishment of this task is in need of one group of high-quality and strong-abilityteachers of ideological and political theory course in the universities and colleges,especially the famous teachers’ team as the guarantee. Famous teachers of ideologicaland political theory course in universities and colleges with high comprehensivequality and strong personal abilities are able to improve teaching effects of theideological and political theory course, and also promote the teaching stuff of theideological and political theory course to developing to the optimization direction.This paper has made qualitative research on the development law and growth route offamous teachers of Ideological and Political Theory Course in universities andcolleges, so as to provide the reference to the development and growth of famousteachers of Ideological and Political Theory Course.This paper is divided into six parts. The first part is the introduction whichintroduces the origin and the research significance of the selected topic, literaturereview of famous teachers’ development and growth both at home and abroad andhow to use qualitative research method to explore new problem—the developmentlaw and growth route of famous teachers of Ideological and Political Theory Course,which is also the innovation of this paper. The second part talks about the theoreticalsources of the development and growth of famous teachers of Ideological andPolitical Theory Course in universities and colleges, namely to explore the fivetheoretical foundations, three reference concepts and three big reality basis of hedevelopment and growth of famous teachers of Ideological and Political TheoryCourse. The third part has mainly made observation from three aspects of thedirection, content and form of the development and growth of famous teachers ofIdeological and Political Theory Course, and also made exploration of the basicfactors of the development and growth of famous teachers of Ideological and PoliticalTheory Course.The fourth part has taken the famous teachers of Ideological and Political Theory Course in three universities of Shanghai as the research subjects,made discussion and analysis from two perspectives of horizontal breadth and verticaldepth of the development law and growth route of famous teachers of Ideological andPolitical Theory Course, so as to provide experience reference and theoretical supportfor the development and growth of famous teachers of Ideological and PoliticalTheory Course. The fifth part has mainly demonstrated and constructed the theoreticalmodel of the development law and growth route of famous teachers of Ideological andPolitical Theory Course. The sixth part is the conclusion. Through the analysis ofabove, combined with the reality of the development and growth of famous teachersof Ideological and Political Theory Course, this paper has found out the cultivationdifficulties, according to that, it has put forward themes and suggestions ofcultivation.
