The knowledge and problem belong to the scope of the cognitive concept, thereare a lot of research on these two concepts from philosophy to education, psychology,cognitive science and other fields. From education、ideological and political educationperspective, this paper considers that we can not be limited to the traditional singlelinear research on knowledge and teaching, problem and teaching education, butshould construct the three-dimensional research on knowledge、 problem andeducation,from the perspective of the overall development of human.The knowledgeand problem are not only the important foundation elements of education, but alsotwo concepts,that have natural logic connection.What the education concerns, notonly how to define the concept of knowledge, but also the knowledge managementcapability of the individual learner; The problem the teaching to solve, is not only toclarify the basic concepts, but also to aware the ability to resolve problems ofindividual learner. Exploring how to improve the cognitive level of the individuallearner, and promoting their capability of managementing knowledge this process, aretraining thinking skills and problem-solving abilities of individual learners.As we allknow, the ability of using and managementing knowledge has become an importantpart of individual competitiveness in the modern society. Knowledge management is akind of knowledge innovation.“Knowledge management is not only to manageinformation, but also to manage both the information and people. To combine theinformation management capacity and innovation capacity……”The process ofknowledge management,and integration of innovation means to discovery issues,andproblem-solving. Solving a problem requires the individual to re-construct knowledgesystem, to achieve the mastery of knowledge.From this perspective, knowledgemanagement and innovation、problem solving is fundamentally unified. Based on this,this paper attempts to explore the relationship between the two concepts on the basisof clarifying the nature, characteristics, classification, and other basic theory. And thentry to think about the path to achieve logical conversion. In the first part, the paper comprehensive the basic theory about “knowledge andproblem”, analysis the knowledge property of problems and the issue needs ofknowledge in-depth ways.The knowledge is an active reflection about the objectiveworld while individuals interact with the objective world, in the form of objectivityand subjectivity, stability and dynamic, systemic characteristics. Problems arising inpeople’s cognitive processes, and is closely related to knowledge. The problem hascharacteristics of objectivity, subjectivity, hierarchy and integrity.Based on theseknown characteristics,It can be can be classified of different types according todifferent standards.All in all,the knowledge property of problems and the issueneeds of knowledge became the logical basis of the research on knowledge andproblems.In the second part, explores the particularity of the logic conversion betweenknowledge and problem in ideological and political theory courses. On the one hand,the knowledge and problem of ideological and political theory courses has aparticularity: the ideological and political knowledge has a strong ideology. Theproblem in ideological and political theory courses means “the problem ofknowledge”, On the other hand, based on the particularity of course,the writer try toanalyze the particularity of logic converting mechanism in the ideological andpolitical course in the study.In the third part, thinking about how to achieve logic conversion betweenknowledge and problem,Knowledge has its own way of characterization, moderncognitive science has constructed different models based on these characterizationmethods. There are also characterization of mechanisms related to the problem.Characterized by the establishment of mechanisms to achieve both logical transitionsbetween the two,this conversion put the knowledge management capability andissues awareness into education and teaching practice,to achieve the fundamentalunity of knowledge and problems.The fourth part, thinking of the logic conversion value implication in ideologicaland political theory courses. On the one hand,the logic conversion between the twoin teaching practice could help students improve knowledge management capabilities, on the other hand it will help develop students’ awareness of issues and problemsolving skills, to achieve the transition from knowledge the problem.
