| How to control the free riding behavior and set up a good public cooperation order has an important significance to social harmony. This paper will study the different effects of different reward systems on controlling free riding behavior by using the experiment method. The most effective reward system is found to provide the experimental basis for settling the free riding behavior essentially. This paper introduces three types of supervising subject, self-supervision, third-party supervision and mutual supervision between groups. In the free riding experiments, there is spirit reward and material reward. Framing effect and reward intensity is also introduced into this paper. Unite the supervising subject with reward means, there are eight reward systems in the free riding experiment of this paper:(l)self supervision spiritual reward system.(2) material reward system under the self supervision "losing" framing effect.(3) material reward system under the self supervision "getting" framing effect.(4)the third-party supervision spirit reward system.(5)the third-party supervision material reward system(only reward to the highest contributor).(6)the third-party supervision material reward system(reward to several contributors).(7) spirit reward system of mutual supervision between groups.(8)material reward system of mutual supervision between groups. In this paper, the experiments collect data by using Z-Tree software and questionnaire. SPSS17.0and STATA12.0are used to analyze the experiment data. Comparative analysis and empirical analysis are combined to analyze, summarize and discuss the results of the experiment. The conclusion is:the third-party supervision material reward system (only reward to the highest contributor) changed the optimal strategy of the participants. This reward system is the most effective and stable system to control free riding behavior. At the end of this paper, put forward policy suggestions according to the experiment results. |
