The elementary school mathematics teacher in the process of design work,the two major problems: one is with their own feelings,2it is to follow someoneelse’s design, away from the predetermined teaching goal, the operations cannotmake homework inspection or consolidate learning goals and content of the tool,just for the sake of homework assignments. Based on the present situation, thisresearch mainly studies the following three questions: why teachers to designbased on the teaching target assignment? How do teachers based on the teachinggoal design homework? The elementary school mathematics teacher is how todesign homework? Will be based on the target design exercises are influenced bywhat factors?Based on the above research questions, on the basis of literature review,editing the <<teachers based on the target analysis framework designassignments>>, based on the analysis framework, look at the primary schoolteachers is how to design work, and represented by J elementary school, throughthe analysis framework, classroom observation and teachers and selectionmethods of text analysis R W teachers as the interviews of this study.Through the interview data, summing up the story of R teachers based onthe experience of design work and W teacher story based on target designexercises. Use the means of case study, narrative writing outline based on the twoteachers or not based on the influence factors of the teaching goal designexercises. Finally it is concluded that: first, the two teachers with the differentdesign work: R teachers, based on empirical design work W teachers based onthe teaching goal design work; In addition, the two teachers program designwork and independent consciousness are different; But, the two teachers use therules of teaching and research section of the class homework as homework material; Second, induces the factors affecting R teachers design work is:pre-service zero impact of learning, teaching and research section of the"invisible" power constraints,"tap" on-the-job training, and parents do notsupport, etc.; Factors that affect W teachers based on target design exercises are:based on the teaching goal design operation of autonomous learning, reflectionability, conversion ability, practical ability is higher, the students as an important"other", etc.Finally, from the consciousness of teachers’ self-development and teachers’reflection ability, discuss how the teachers have the independent development ofconsciousness is beneficial to teachers, based on the teaching goal design workhow teachers have reflection ability to help teachers design work based on thetarget, what Yang’s job training to help teachers design.
