Reform in the1990s, has produced a large number of laid-off workers; Since1999, thecollege enrollment expansion for years, with employment contradictions increasinglyprominent, all parties pay attention to the employment of college students, career program asa media form relieve employment contradictions are also constantly updating. In China agrowing number of college students is one of the largest audience. Career cognition is thepremise and preparation to the career life, the socialization of college students’ vocational andcareer program mentioned the most is the professional knowledge. In this study, the influenceof career program on college students’ career awareness is investigated.First of all, in this study11career program are selected randomly to do content analysis,statistics, the characteristics of career program on the content setting; Then nine college inhongqing are choose to do the questionnaire survey and case interview.Aanalyzed from threedimensions of self-knowledge, professional cognition and development trend of cognitive theof career program on college students’ career cognitive status and its influencing factors.In this study,the general effect of the career program on college students’ careerawareness, career cognitive for college students dimension is larger, the influence ofprofessional recognition in the workplace program set up in the contents of the threedimensions of consistent, reflected the agenda-setting function of the workplace program.College students contact with the career program in their different motivation, andinformation needs are met and expect different results at the same time, response theagenda-setting function of the workplace program.Contact time and contact channel of Career program is the important factors that affectcollege students’ career cognition. Career program on college students’ career cognition isproportional to the contact time, the more the influence of contact time, the greater the impact;Contact time is less, the smaller the impact. In general, the contact channel of career programsthrough broadcast and network college students, the more the affected, by the contact channelof TV,the smaller effect.
