Investigation And Countermeasures Research On Current Situation Of The Sports Invention Patents In China And Its Conversion Rate

When we promoting sportsscience and technology innovation, promoting the construction of sports power,science and education, developing China’s sports occasion, we must pay attention tothe important role of sports invention patent to the development of sports, also weshould accelerate the organic combination of scientific technological innovation andpatent. The paper investigates and analyzes our country sports patent professional andthe situation of the influencing factors of the conversion rate China. In order topromote the sports patent transformation, and then promote the development of sportsscience and technology, the paper puts forward to promote sports invention incentivepolicy of patent transformation.This paper adopt many kinds of methods for research, such as literature and dataanalysis,questionnaire survey and expert interviews, comparative analysis and policystudy. Also by visiting many website and interviewing the expert, the author collectslots of date for analysis.Through the study, we draw a conclusion in China sports invention patent status asfollows. The first, the development of Chinese sports invention patent can be dividedinto three stages. Our country sports invention patent growth rate remains the samewith China’s overall patent growth rate. Secondly, the invention patent status of sportsin China is that, the type is relatively complete, but the distribution is extremelyuneven.Thirdly, the on-duty invention is a small share of inventions, especially theoutput of the scientific research institutions and colleges of Physical. Fourthly, thesports patent conversion rate is too low. According to the status, based on thesuccessful experience of foreign countries and analysis of China’s sports inventionpatent conversion factors, to establish invention incentive policy of patenttransformation promote our country sports. Finally the thesis have proposed ainnovation cooperation system to promote the sports patent transformation, to realizethe situation, which is guided by the government, to change the patent protection oflight conversion situation, by promoting the transformation of the patent law andassistance policy and patent transformation mechanism etc. To take the customer asthe center in order to design a truly helpful and humanity product to meet the needs ofusers.So the sports invention patent research and development design should fullyconsider the user’s demand and consumption. In order to explore the suitable marketeconomy model, we should strengthen the policy support and improve the combination of market mechanism and scientific research. To do a good job ofeducation and scientific research, we should strengthen the university especially thephysical scientific research institutes, adopt various incentive policies to encourageinvention and patent transformation.
