Jilin Province Excellent Shooting Athletes Special Mental Quality Analysis

In a variety of special quality, special psychological quality has been shooting project should have the most basic quality, the psychological quality is increasingly becoming the decisive factor of shooting athletes competition results. The special psychological quality refers to the athletes displayed in the training and competition is closely related with the mental ability. Different from other projects, project shooting "play" is a key factor for the success of the play is the special psychological factors. In fact, in all kinds of competitions, athletes in the specialized skill and physical strength gap is not big, success is more emphasis on the special psychological quality level, level of psychological quality in the United States the famous shooter Emmons who was particularly obvious. Research and Exploration on the theoretical study of shooting athletes mostly focused on physical quality and technical skills, although there are a lot of psychological general shot, but in recent years the study of special psychological quality is not enough. The lack of our province, is Jilin Province in recent years shooting project is the main reason.In fact, several years ago, shooting sports in Jilin province has been the traditional advantage project, once in ten games has scored three of the first good results, research on the special psychological quality of some elite athletes show for our province shooting level must have a certain reference function.In this paper, by using the method of literature, expert interview on the shooter main special psychological quality evaluation index were studied. That the evaluation index of psychological quality of athletes mainly design include:athletes use feeling, simple reaction, concentration, stable movement, self-confidence, motivation, anxiety, match game behavior control and willpower. I use factor analysis method to obtain the special psychological quality shooter was the main factor affecting:mental health factors control ability factor, ability factor, reaction.Using various research methods of questionnaire, mathematical statistics, comparative study and logical analysis, the integrated use of multidisciplinary theories, on the mental quality of Jilin Province outstanding shooter survey analysis, experiment and questionnaire, to obtain relevant data. On the basis of analysis of the special psychological quality in Jilin Province outstanding athletes of the shooting, the following experimental results:six indicators control ability factor and psychological factor contained in, there was significant difference in five indicators of movement stability, attention, volition, competition motivation; force sense are different; but the simple reaction competition anxiety and response factor in the complex reaction, the two groups have no significant difference. In addition, the motion stability, have very significant difference among different grades of shooting athletes. In the simple reaction, motives of competition, competition anxiety and determination of the quality of four indicators, there are no significant differences between the elite athletes, athletes and two levels of athletes.In addition to the differences in the indicators of psychological athletes of different sports items are studied, thought:pistols and rifles athletes have no obvious differences in the special psychological quality of the athletes, but the rifle and a moving target athletes in the sense of force index that there exist significant differences; pistol athletes and athletes in the sense of moving target with the significant differences in concentration, and simple reaction time there are very significant differences.This study explored the basic laws of the special psychological changes of shooting in the project, combined with the statistical data analysis, discusses the factors which affect the psychological quality of the main shooting athletes. The research results have reference value to guide the Jilin shooting training practice, and hope that through this study to further promote the level of the national shooting sports raise.
