To have a purpose, planned, organized extracurricular physical exercise, off-campus (social, field) activities, sports training, into the physical education curriculum, the curriculum structure of organic links formed inside and outside the class, school." the new curriculum will replace the traditional curriculum monism teaching mode, to high standards and strict requirements on College Physical Education Curriculum in China, the new content of the reform of thorough, the connotation, category of sports will be expanded, PE teaching purpose of transition from the body to the humanities education quality, social competence, and the traditional PE the meaning of curriculum objectives, from curriculum system, teaching content, curriculum and evaluation of reconstruction concept, pay attention to sports psychology of contemporary college students from the traditional curriculum, deviate from the model and the content of the reform, promote the attention of sports on physical and mental health development of today’s College Students, focusing on the healthy growth of college students to set up the ordinary university sports curriculum goals."Compendium" issue has been more than ten years, the correct guidance in this document spirit, the development of course reform pace more and more, from a technical action, the specific classroom organization forms of some of the more superficial aspects of the course, guiding ideology, teaching concept changing, deeper in the direction of development, reform starting from the local gradually transition to the whole, to achieve tangible change in physical education curriculum, assessment, curriculum structure, curriculum objectives, content and thought of education goals are different from the past, in physiological, psychological and social survival sound etc. there are many improvements, eliminate undesirable components before, to explore the depth of interest, in the absence of the teacher’s supervision, make the students to participate in activities, exercise, and developing students’personality characteristics, social contact base, to experience life from the people’s taste, in the development and participation in sports interest cultivation have played a positive role, and achieved remarkable results. In this paper, through the science of logic analysis, expert interview, questionnaire of students, teaching experiment and rigorous statistical means and methods, starting from the reform of College Physical Education Curriculum in China’s previous history, reading a lot of literature, reading notes, discover, summarizes the problems, the senior experts. visiting sports communicate and discuss with colleagues about sports, college sports curriculum reform in the future direction of development, seeking the best way for implementing change, boldly put forward the "Community College of physical education curriculum" teaching mode, the teaching guiding ideology, objectives, organization and management of the teaching organization and community activities combined, give full play to the function of latent class societies the classroom teaching and extracurricular activities, will be integrated into a new comprehensive curriculum. The course aims at developing students participate in sports interest, to enable students to volunteer to participate in sports, can master the basic sports items three to four students like the knowledge, skills, learn healthy life style, enhance the future quality of life, scientific training and lifelong sports foundation.
