School physical education curriculum has an important effect on adolescent physical health, But school sports development process, there are some problems,such as lack of sports facilities and a shortage of teachers. Intramural sports limited resources, Schools need to make full use of resources within the school, while mining resources outside the school sports. Relevant national educational documents proposed to be borne by society for basic public services matters in the manner of purchase by the social organization purposes. part county of Shanghai carry out the work in accordance with national VII files, Shanghai III files and the actual needs,the use of government purchase of sports courses to the community sports organizations push feeding campus activities, the resources for social sports organizations to introduce the campus for the P.E. courses elementary provides a new way.In this paper, using literature, questionnaires, interviews, case studies method,part of Shanghai, the introduction of social sports organization conducted a survey of primary and middle school curriculum, selected 20 physical education teachers, 45 sports coaches, 615 students as the main object.To investigate this kind physical education curriculum the present situation, effects, conclusions and recommendations are as follows:1.Conclusion(1) Some counties in Shanghai purchase of sports programs was uneven development of the situation. Jing’an District carry out better, followed by other counties. School size determines the number of sports introduced, generally no more than six. Courses are organized in the form of school-type development class, special sports classes, sports associations(school team), four forms of exercise classes.Community sports organizations have some coaching qualifications, basically to meet the teaching needs of the school. Community sports organizations to participate in building the type of school physical education major for-profit sports organizations and for-profit sports organizations, key players in a non-profit sports organizations.(2) In accordance with the main responsibility for the different sports organizations can participate in the construction of social Physical Education Curriculum divided into three modes, namely, the main responsibility for school mode,the main mode of government responsibility, social subjects mode.(3) The effect of the course carried out from four students, parents, physical education teachers, sports coaches analysis. The results show that the effect of the course carried out better. While social organizations to participate in the construction of sports in school physical education teachers in favor of full, rich campus culture,optimize curriculum resource allocation.(4) Social organizations in the construction of sports in school physical education major problems in the school curriculum to introduce the lack of systematic propaganda and guidance work is not perfect, lack of professional social sports organization, did not form a unified standard purchase, supervision and evaluation system is imperfect.2.SuggestIt should be noted on the curriculum discrimination; step up publicity efforts to improve guidance work; strengthen social organizations cooperate with sports university, training of professionals, enrich the teaching staff; establishment of a unified purchase standards, improve the supervision and evaluation system.
