| The table tennis of our province is one of the traditional and dominantprogram of our national athletics table tennis，and it also contributesto the development of our national table tennis. There exists a batch ofexcellent athletes, such as Qiao Yunping, Liuwei, etc, who have ever wonnumerous honors for our province. Especially in recent years, table tennisathletes who were born in Shandong, represented by Zhang Jike and LiXiaoxia, even play an important role in the national team.This article focuses on the experts in table tennis field of ShandongProvince, those who as long-term leaders, coaches and athletes in Shandongtable tennis team, and some key and general sports school as its researchobjects, trying to find the main factors that influence the competitivesports scores of table tennis in Shandong Province, analyze the causesand propose strategies by investigation, to provide a reference for thedevelopment and the improvement of the scores of table tennis in ShandongProvince.The study mainly adopts the methods of documents, questionnaire andlogical reasoning. We can draw a conclusion by the study:（1） At present, with the economic investment growing in the sport oftable tennis, more athletes of excellence strength in this field arecultivated, with offers Shandong Province the benefits of enhancing itscomprehensive factor to ensure gold medals;（2）In China’s “whole nation system”, most of the high level ofShandong Province table tennis athletes are trained in the "three-tiermanagement system";（3）Now, the leaders of Sport Bureau of Shandong province contributesa lot with their attention and care to the current outstandingaccomplishments achieved in table tennis;（4）For the moment, Shandong Province is equipped with comparatively complete competition settings, providing a better competitive climate andmore participating chances, thus improving the holistic capacity ofShandong province in table tennis;（5）Ping-Pong sport in Shandong has witnessed some improvement in thetraining condition, and the better the condition is, the more successfulthe training will be;（6）The betterment of interpersonal relationship in Shandong’s tabletennis sport and the harmonious relationship between the coachers and thetrainers, the cadres and the masses are partly accountable for itsstrengthening competitiveness in this sport;（7）Shandong province, boasting of mature marketization management,enable more competitions to be launched and fatter chance to get a rewardthan before, helping raising the players’ bonus and booming their moralea higher competitiveness therefore will be obtained;（8）Expanding media publicity of ping-pong will boots the disseminationof ping-pong related culture in Shandong province, exalt the players’sense of honor and enhance the effectiveness of their training, makingthem cherish contests. In requital of this, a big stride will be made inping-pong in Shandong province;（9）Coaches are prerequisites to achieve outstanding results. Suchfactors as age structure and teaching experience of coaches will alsoinfluence the ping-pong development in Shandong province;（10）The number of ping-pong players now almost remains stable, and theyare active in training and satisfied with the results. But the playersare lacking in the fighting spirit of assiduous training and opportunitiesto participate in competitions. And also there exists some differencebetween male and female players in their choice of grip and variation ofshots, affecting the overall development of ping-pong team. |
