The Ministry of Education of the People’s Republic of China promulgated "Basic Education Curriculum Reform (Trial)" in2001. And the eighth basic education curriculum reform started with the Introduction of the legislation. The curriculum standard is an important hub in this reform. Significant changes in the new curriculum calls for the matching evaluation system to make changes. There should be a statistically significant alignment from the theoretical point of view. Researching the issue of alignment between senior high school academic achievement test and curriculum standard has a lot of important value, such as providing consistent analysis for biological educators of operating basis, providing a reference for the proposition, improving academic standards and curriculum standards matching degree and advancing the evaluation of the re-evaluation of academic.Based on this background, the author studied the alignment with Weber between biology subject senior high school academic achievement test and senior high school biology content standard. This paper analyze biology subject senior high school academic achievement test of Guangdong province from2009to2013,coming to the conclusion that:The first, the overall level of consistency is good, that means there is a statistically significant alignment. Second, quiz questions largest distribution in the field of molecular and cellular. The third, quiz questions do not meet the target level mainly concentrated in the cell theory, organelles, photosynthesis and respiration, the depart and free combination of gene and so on. Fourth, quiz questions large hit in the metabolism of cells, the genetic basis of specific target cells, the basic laws of heredity and ecosystem relatively. But rarely or never appear in some intellectual content. In the fifth, there is the phenomenon of test papers focus on content distribution and duplication.According to the alignment analysis of senior high school academic achievement test and biology content standard, the author puts forward some suggestions. From the perspective of curriculum standards, high school biology curriculum standards (experimental) lack of performance evaluation criteria and content standards in the conduct verbs appear to be explained and illustrated. Secondly, from the point of view of consistency of evaluation, China is still the need for further efforts to increase the aignment between senior high academic achievement test and curriculum standards. And attract foreign alignment analysis mode from the perspective of localization. Finally, from the perspective of the proposition, suggested questions for each year studied, in order to improve serious phenomenon that the centralized distribution and duplication of papers.
