Since the 1980s,the United States leaded Standard-based Curriculum Reform.Then,all over the world,many countries carried out a new education reform and put curriculum standard in a prominent position.With the continuous development and innovation of education reform,the issue of the alignment between curriculum standard and achievement assessment has caused more and more attention throughout the word,as an important way to the goal of subject learning evaluation.Researching the issue of the alignment between curriculum standard and achievement assessment has many kinds of value,not only can be used as an important indicator of the quality of teaching,can help many teachers deal with the teaching relationship between the textbook and curriculum standard balance in the process of education.Achievement assessment evaluation even can providing some information for proposition personnel,who will improve the alignment between curriculum standard and achievement assessment.Therefore,the study on alignment between the senior high school biology curriculum standard and academic achievement test,but also more scientifically reflect the students in the middle school biology industry level.The revision work of the senior high school biology curriculum standard was started in December 2014."Achievement assessment evaluation will promote the development of students"is an important idea in the new senior high school biology curriculum standard.The concept of the new curriculum once again stressed the important position of the senior high school biology achievement assessment evaluation in the future,which indicates that the curriculum reform of high school proficiency test and a new round of continue to promote,that can effectively promote the new curriculum in senior high school to continue to develop.Theoretically speaking,the GuangXi's senior high school biology curriculum standard and the academic achievement test should be with high alignment.What is the actual situation?In this study,we will analyze the alignment of the GuangXi's senior high school biology curriculum standard and the academic achievement test.This research use SEC analysis models to discuss the alignment,which is widely used at home and abroad.In this study,we studied the alignment of GuangXi's senior high school biology curriculum standard and the academic achievement test from two aspects:the content and the cognitive level of 2013-2015.First of all,it rebuilds alignment framework suitable for local research based on the traditional SEC analysis models;Secondly,using the framework to analyze the alignment between senior high school biology curriculum standard and the academic achievement test.The framework will be filled in with a large number of data from the study,using data to calculate Poter.Next,according to the results of Poter,researcher will thoroughly explain from the Poter,the content theme and the cognitive level.Last,summarizing and thinking the analytical results,giving some suggest how to improve alignment.After those studies,we can draw several preliminary conclusions:(1)On the whole,there is high statistical significance between he GuangXi's senior high school biology curriculum standard and the academic achievement test,but the level of alignment in the fluctuation increased slowly from 2013 to 2015;(2)There are many obvious differences in the content latitude between the GuangXi's senior high school biology curriculum standard and the academic achievement test,part of the contents of examination subject weight increased year by year,but there are also some contents of the theme study weight is always lower than the curriculum standards;(3)In the cognitive level of latitude on the deviation between the GuangXi's senior high school biology curriculum standard and the academic achievement test,the assessment of the weight of understanding and application of cognitive level increased year by year.Based on the above analysis,the researcher put forward some reference suggestions from the perspective of high school biology curriculum standards:(1)consummate the curriculum standards,constitute more suitable for local matching evaluation standards;(2)strengthen the proposition team,set up the proposition of quality supervision team;(3)improve the teachers' evaluation level;(4)Keep pace with the times to achieve the diversification level of academic evaluation.Although there are some deficiencies in this study,it has some practical significance and value to promote the reform of senior high school biology academic achievement evaluation.
