Since the 1980s, The United States leaded Standard-based Curriculum Reform. Then, many countries carried out a new education reform and put curriculum standard in a prominent position. With the improvement of reform, the issue of the alignment between curriculum standard and achievement assessment has caused more and more attention throughout the word. China’s senior high school academic achievement test came into being in the background curriculum reform. From the theoretical perspective, achievement assessment should exist remarkable consistency with the curriculum standard. Researching the issue of the alignment between curriculum standard and achievement assessment has many kinds of value, such as reflecting a real education fact, helping teachers to understand and grasp the curriculum standard from the alignment, providing some information for proposition personnel,who will improve the alignment between curriculum standard and achievement assessment.SEC analysis mode is created by the U.S.A, it is one of the most classic mode that are widely used all over the world. We plan to analyze the alignment above on the content topics and cognitive level. Thus, researcher choose five sample that are biology exam of summer high school level test from X provinces in 2011-2015. First, researcherbuilt suitable framework for this research,refer to SEC analysis mode. Secondly, Using the framework to analyze the alignment between curriculum standard and biology exam of summer high school level test.The framework will be filled in with a large number of date from the study,using date to calculate Poter. Next, according to the results of Poter, researcher will thoroughly explain from the Poter, the content theme and the cognitive level. Last, summarizing and thinking the analytical results, giving some suggest how to improve alignment.After those studies, we can draw several preliminary conclusions:on the whole, there is no statistical significance between curriculum standard and achievement assessment; from the content theme, curriculum standard and biology exam of summer high school level test does not have the remarkable consistency, yet in compulsory module III of high school biology is good that means there is a high statistically significant alignment. But, there is a larger difference between curriculum standard and high school level test. From the average case of the exam paper, test greatly improve "memorizing" level, largely reduce "understanding" and "application".As we all know, the alignment between curriculum standard and achievement assessment are important to push educational reform. If they are inconsistent with real education teaching, it may produce inaccurate results, lead to irrelevant evaluation, and lead to unreasonable decision. According to analytical results, the author put forward some referenced suggestions:(1) it is necessary to develop corresponding evaluation criteria among curriculum standard; (2) it is important to help teachers to improve the level of evaluation of alignment, alignment’s success is up to the evaluation implementation;(3)There is a need to build subject-orientation and professional team to design test of high quality.
