The Logistics Process Planning System And Emergency Dynamic Regulation Mechanism Of Large-scale Sports Events

As an important part of people’s cultural life, sports activities are favored bymore and more people of all ages. At the same time, how the logistics service is hasbecome a significant factor in the success of holding large-scale sports events.Accordingly, it will be of great importance to analyze the process of large-scalesports events, to construct a systematic logistic process planning, and to realize theemergencey dynamic regulation mechanism of logistics management.The paper starts with an essential study on the related logistics theories,including large-scale sports events, logistics, process, definition of emergencydynamic regulation mechanism, the study on process management theory, the studyon emergency management theory. Then the present situations of our large-scalesports events, the levels of logistics and the influential factors are analyzed. Inaddition, the overall framework of logistic process planning in large-scale sportsevents is introduced. By analyzing the process and logistics of large-scale sportsevents, the objectives, principles, methods and preliminary designs of logisticprocess planning in the large-scale sports events are brought forward. The author alsooptimizes the preliminary process regulation and makes a plan of the preliminaryprocess planning qualitatively and quantitatively. Finally, the author focus on theintroduction of overall framework of logistic emergency dynamic regulationmechanism of large-scale sports events, the recognition and precaution of logisticemergency events, the establishment of emergency adjustment and control strategy,and post evaluation and the security mechanism of process planning.It will be more effective to manage the logistics and guarantee the success oflarge-scale sports events if systematic logistic process planning is constructed so thatthe sports events can go through successfully. The theory of dynamic emergencyadjustment mechanism of logistic management in large-scale sports events provides theoretical direction for any logistic emergency issue in sports events.
