Group Work In City Agencies In The Use Of Pension Services

As China entered the aging society, China’s pension problem becomes increasingly prominent. Faced with increasingly serious pension problem, the government begins to vigorously promote the build of national system of social services, institutional pension has achieved rapid development as a result. Although the number of pension institutions is increasing and the scale of services are also constantly growing, it still falls far behind when compared with the reality of pension needs. At the same time, the quality of the service in pension institutions is uneven, staffing, quality of service and professional standards is unable to meet the needs of life caring, nursing and rehabilitation for the elderly. So it is urgent to let social work intervene institutional pension services to improve the quality of institutional care service and the professional level of service teams, thus enable institutional pension to better meet the needs of social pension. Previous studies had been discussed on how the working group intervene pension services, but most of them are theoretical studies while there is only few empirical studies, the other defect exits is the lack of the systematic study of group work practice. Therefore, to take "Happy Station elderly services" in Hefei J institution as an example to carry out the study of the process of group work in organization and effectiveness of care services is very innovative. Meanwhile, the research will help to improve the professional level of pension service, to better the comfort of remaining years, and ultimately to build a harmonious society.The first is the introduction of this article mainly discusses the issues raised, the purpose and significance of a literature review. Secondly, the case study discusses the basic design and pension institutions, including the J institutions and pension services overview," Happy Station project services for the elderly,"the introduction, the basic situation of team members and spiritual needs. Again, group work discusses specific applications in J pension institutions, including the preparation of working group activities before the specific process and a description of the effect of group work, assessment and analysis of the effect of group work. The results showed that:group work on "Happy Station elderly services" intervention is feasible and successful, team goal basically completed. Finally, for group work in J institution "Happy Station services for the elderly" item using reflection, the existing problems:Firstly, the level of their professional team of social workers limitations, the second is a low degree of design innovation aspects of group activities, third, the number of small group work activities, the four members of the team’s lack of cooperation between; also proposed measures for improvement:the first to raise the professional standards of social workers, and the second group activities to strengthen the innovative aspects of the third to increase the number of active group work properly, and the fourth group to foster cooperation between members and social workers,the fifth to increase funding service activities.
